The Top Level of a Parking Deck Is Repaired and Waterproofed

The top level of the ArcBest Corporation parking deck was deteriorating, cracking and in need of waterproofing to prevent further structural damage. The QuestMark team worked with ArcBest to provide a long-term solution that would meet all of their needs and stay within budget. A Neoguard Traffic Deck Coating system was installed along with penetrating sealers, new metal coping, metal expansion joints and drains.

The QuestMark crews made ongoing communication a top priority, and worked around scheduling to keep as much of the parking deck available to employees as possible. The result was a superior system that met all of ArcBest’s requirements.
